Pros: Private location with an enclosed area for dogs to run around. Easy access to restrooms. We can set up outdoors or indoors depending on weather. Does not require as much advanced notice or any additional permit fees.
Cons: Backyard must have a flat surface and be easily accessible for setup.

Location: Near Downtown San Diego (in front of the Natural History Museum)
Parking: Parking lot
Bathrooms: 5 min walk in Spanish Village
Foot Traffic: Heavy
Pros: Only location that allows alcohol consumption (*Puppy Picnic Co. does not provide alcoholic beverages and is not liable for any incidents involving alcohol).
Cons: Can be tough to find parking on peak times during summer and weekends. Requires advanced notice and additional permit fees subject to change.
Balboa Park
Location: Point Loma
Parking: Parking lot and street parking
Bathrooms: 5-10 minute walk to restroom building
Foot Traffic: Light-medium
Pros: Amazing waterfront view of the Downtown San Diego bay.
Cons: Requires advanced notice and additional permit fees subject to change.
Shelter Island
Location: Old Town
Parking: Free public parking
Foot Traffic: Light-medium
Pros: Private location, lots of greenery, central location.
Cons: Requires advanced notice and additional permit fees subject to change.
Presidio Park
Location: Between Pacific Beach and La Jolla
Parking: Parking lot and street parking
Bathrooms: Restroom building at the top of the park
Foot Traffic: Medium-heavy
Pros: Amazing panoramic view of Mission Bay and Downtown San Diego.
Cons: Can be tough to find parking and crowded with other picnic companies/groups on peak times during summer and weekends. Park is strictly on-leash and frequently tickets for off leash dogs. Requires advanced notice and additional permit fees subject to change.
